Introduction
What is Polygon?
Polygon is a leading blockchain development platform, offering scalable, affordable, secure and sustainable blockchains for Web3. Its growing suite of products offers developers easy access to major Ethereum scaling solutions including L2 (ZK Rollups and Optimistic Rollups), sidechains, hybrid, stand-alone and enterprise chains, and data availability.
Why Polygon?
You may have experience with NFTs on Ethereum or Solana, other popular blockchains for NFTs.
As a L2 scaling solution, Polygon processes transactions quickly with low gas fees while leveraging security from Ethereum. Polygon is also EVM compatible, meaning developers can deploy the same contracts on Polygon as they do on Ethereum.
With over 1.3 billion transactions recorded, 130 million unique wallets and ~2.7 million monthly active users, Polygon is a scaling solution ready for global adoption of NFTs, especially for the fast-growing genre of gaming NFTs.

- Once the mint has started, hit the Mint button and remember to confirm the transaction once prompted by your wallet
- If the mint transaction was successful, you will see a success message pop up. Your new NFT will be in your wallet! If not successful, you will see an error message
